Who this is for
You want a record of everyone you deal with, without building it by hand. Scarlett creates a customer profile for every caller and matches repeat contact on their phone number, so the history is there when you need it.
Time: 5 minutes. You'll need: to be signed in.
Steps

1. Find a customer
On Customers, search by name, email, phone, postcode or tag. Sort by Most recent, Most calls or A → Z. Export CSV takes the list elsewhere.
2. Open a profile
Click a customer to see their timeline — every call, text, email and job in one place — plus their contact details and history.

3. Tag and note
Add tags to group customers — vip, lead, annual-service — and keep internal notes your team should know. Edit their contact details from the same panel.
Verify it worked
A customer's timeline shows their calls and messages, their tags appear as chips, and their history shows first seen, last touch, total calls and lifetime value.
Troubleshooting
A customer shows as "(unnamed)". Scarlett didn't catch a name on the call. Open the profile and add it under contact details.
The same person appears twice. Profiles match on phone number, so a customer who rang from two different numbers can appear twice. Keep the details on whichever you use.
