Who this is for

You want your week at a glance — everything Scarlett has booked, laid out on a calendar, in step with the calendar you already use.

Time: 5 minutes. You'll need: to be signed in.

One page, three names. The sidebar calls it Scheduler, the mobile tab calls it Diary, and the address is /calendar. They're all the same week view.

Steps

The Scheduler week view from 7am to 7pm with job blocks placed on their days, a calendar-sync strip for Google and Outlook, and week navigation.
Your week, 7am to 7pm, with everything booked.

1. Read your week

Scheduler shows Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm. Each booked job is a block on its day; the colour reflects its status (booked, in progress, complete). Use the arrows and Today to move between weeks. Click a block to open the job.

2. Keep it in sync

The Calendar sync strip at the top shows Google Calendar and Outlook. Connect one so bookings appear in the calendar your engineers already carry, and Scarlett works around anything you've already blocked out. Connect from Integrations.

Verify it worked

Jobs Scarlett has booked appear as blocks in the week, and — once a calendar is connected — the same bookings show in your Google or Outlook calendar.

Troubleshooting

Dragging a block to reschedule doesn't do anything. Drag-to-reschedule isn't switched on yet. For now, reschedule by editing the job (and Scarlett texts the customer when a slot moves, once that's live).

My calendar isn't syncing. Check it's connected on the Integrations page — the sync strip shows a Connect button when it isn't.
