Who this is for
Someone — usually the business owner — has added you to their Scarlett team. This guide gets you from the invite email to signed in. You don't set anything up or enter a card; the owner handles all that.
Time: 3 minutes. You'll need: the invite email, and an authenticator app only if the owner has made two-factor sign-in mandatory.
Before you start
- An owner has invited you. If you haven't had an email, ask them to send one from Settings → Team.
Steps
1. Open the invite and accept it
Open the email from Scarlett and click the link. It opens an Accept your invite page. Press Set up my account.
The link works once, and you have to press the button — that's deliberate, so that automatic email scanners can't use up your invite before you do.

2. Pick a password
Choose a password (at least 8 characters) and confirm it, then press Save password.

3. Sign in
From now on you sign in at the login page with your email and that password. If the owner has switched on two-factor sign-in, you'll also be asked for a six-digit code from your authenticator app.

Verify it worked
Signing in lands you on the Dashboard with the business's calls and jobs. If you can see those, you're in.
Troubleshooting
"This link is invalid or has expired." Invite links are single-use and time-limited. Ask the owner to send a fresh one from Settings → Team.
I signed in but see "Almost there" instead of the app. Your login exists but isn't attached to the account yet. Ask the owner to add you to the team, then sign in again.
I've forgotten my password.
Ask the owner or email hello@getscarlett.ai for a reset link — a reset arrives
by email and takes you to the same "Pick a password" page.
What's next
- Find your way around Scarlett — where everything lives.
- Read and act on your calls — the call log.
- Turn on two-factor sign-in — recommended for everyone.
