Who this is for
You've signed in and want to know where everything is. The app splits into two groups: Workspace (the day-to-day — calls, jobs, customers) and Configure (the setup — teaching Scarlett and your settings).
Time: 3 minutes.
Before you start
- Sign up and start your free trial — or, if a colleague invited you, accept your invite.
The layout
Your dashboard
Signing in lands you on the Dashboard — today at a glance. A banner shows whether Scarlett is taking your calls; stat tiles show jobs booked, quotes out, and the rough value of work she's won; below are today's jobs and your most recent calls.

The two menu groups
On the left, Workspace is what you use every day and Configure is where you set Scarlett up.

| Workspace | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Today at a glance |
| Inbox | Every conversation — calls, texts, emails — per customer |
| Jobs | Every job, from open to completed |
| Scheduler | Your diary, synced with Google or Outlook |
| Quotes | Draft, send and track quotes |
| Customers | Everyone Scarlett has spoken to |
| Calls | The full call log, with transcripts |
| Configure | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Train Scarlett | Teach her your services, documents and rules |
| Website | Your Premium Bundle website, if you have one |
| Integrations | Connect your calendar and accounting |
| Settings | Your number, billing, team, notifications and security |
Scheduler, Diary, Calendar — all the same page. The desktop menu calls it Scheduler; on a phone the tab reads Diary. Both open your calendar.
On a phone
Everything works at phone width. The menu collapses to a bottom tab bar — Home, Inbox, Calls, Diary, More — with More opening Settings and the rest of the Configure items.

Verify it worked
You can reach any area in one tap from the sidebar (or the bottom tabs on a phone), and the Dashboard shows your own business name and activity.
Troubleshooting
I signed in but see "Almost there" instead of the app. Your login exists but isn't attached to a business account yet — this happens to a teammate whose owner hasn't finished adding them. Ask whoever invited you to add you to the team, then sign in again.
What's next
- Read and act on your calls — the call log.
- Train Scarlett on your business — teach her what to say.
- Point your calls at Scarlett — get calls flowing.
