Who this is for
You want every job in one place, whoever it's for and whatever stage it's at. When Scarlett books a job it appears here; you move it along as the work happens.
Time: 5 minutes. You'll need: to be signed in.
Steps

1. Find a job
On Jobs, use the status tabs — Open, Scheduled, In progress, Completed, All — or search by customer, address or reference. Filter by who it's assigned to, or by when it's scheduled.
2. Open a job and move it along
Click a job to open it. The status flow lets you move it through:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Not scheduled yet |
| Scheduled | Booked in |
| In progress | On site — moving here stamps the start time |
| Completed | Done — this stamps the end time |
| Cancelled | Called off |

3. Assign it and add notes
Set Assigned to so everyone knows whose job it is. Use Notes for parts to bring, access instructions, anything Scarlett didn't capture — these save and show a "Saved" time.
Verify it worked
Moving a job to In progress stamps a start time; Completed stamps an end time. The job shows its assignee and any notes you saved.
Troubleshooting
A job's "Reference" column shows the service, not a reference. That's the layout — the job's reference is in the first column; the service name sits under Reference. (Noted for the product team.)
I can't reschedule from the job. Rescheduling happens on the Scheduler, not the job page.
What's next
- Manage your diary — see jobs on a calendar.
- Work with customer profiles — the customer behind the job.
- Draft and send quotes — price up bigger work.
