Who this is for

You want every job in one place, whoever it's for and whatever stage it's at. When Scarlett books a job it appears here; you move it along as the work happens.

Time: 5 minutes. You'll need: to be signed in.

Steps

The Jobs list with status tabs and rows for each job showing reference, customer, service, status, address, scheduled time and assignee.
Every job, on one page.

1. Find a job

On Jobs, use the status tabs — Open, Scheduled, In progress, Completed, All — or search by customer, address or reference. Filter by who it's assigned to, or by when it's scheduled.

2. Open a job and move it along

Click a job to open it. The status flow lets you move it through:

StatusMeaning
OpenNot scheduled yet
ScheduledBooked in
In progressOn site — moving here stamps the start time
CompletedDone — this stamps the end time
CancelledCalled off
A job's detail with customer and work cards, a status flow, an assignee picker, a notes box and a schedule sidebar.
Open a job to move it along, assign it and add notes.

3. Assign it and add notes

Set Assigned to so everyone knows whose job it is. Use Notes for parts to bring, access instructions, anything Scarlett didn't capture — these save and show a "Saved" time.

Verify it worked

Moving a job to In progress stamps a start time; Completed stamps an end time. The job shows its assignee and any notes you saved.

Troubleshooting

A job's "Reference" column shows the service, not a reference. That's the layout — the job's reference is in the first column; the service name sits under Reference. (Noted for the product team.)

I can't reschedule from the job. Rescheduling happens on the Scheduler, not the job page.
