Who this is for
You want Scarlett to answer as your business and only offer what you actually do. The fastest start is to paste your website in — she reads it and pulls out your services, FAQs, areas covered and opening hours — then you correct the rest.
Time: 10 minutes for a first pass. You'll need: to be the owner, and your website address if you have one.
Before you start
- Sign up and start your free trial — you need an account.
The one thing to understand: Scarlett only knows what's here. She won't guess. If a service isn't listed she won't offer it; if a price isn't given she'll stay vague rather than invent one. That's deliberate — an invented quote is worse than no quote.
Steps

1. Paste your website
On Train Scarlett, paste your address into Website source and press Scan website. In 10–30 seconds she extracts your services, areas covered, opening hours and a business summary.
2. Review what she found and add it
Tick the services to keep — she pre-selects them all — and press Add to services. Nothing is added until you do; you're always in control of what she knows.
3. Fill the gaps
Use the status cards to finish the rest:
- Services — what you do, and prices if you publish them.
- Documents — price lists, terms and policies she can reference.
- Scenarios — how she should handle each kind of call.
- Voice — how she sounds.
The readiness score at the top climbs as you complete each part.
Verify it worked
Open Train Scarlett → Services and your services are listed. The readiness percentage has gone up, and Test agent lets you hear her using them.
Troubleshooting
"No services extracted from this site." The site may be a JavaScript-heavy single page, a parked domain, or content she didn't recognise as services. Add them by hand under Services.
"Could not reach [your site]." Check the address is right and the site is online, then scan again.
What's next
- Set up your services and prices — the list she answers "do you do X?" from.
- Set call-handling rules with scenarios — tell her what to do.
- Test Scarlett before she goes live — check a change before real callers hit it.
