Who this is for
You've changed something — a service, a price, a scenario — and want to check it before real customers do. The Test agent lets you talk to Scarlett exactly as a caller would, using your services, your scenarios and your voice.
Time: 5 minutes. You'll need: to be signed in. For voice mode, a microphone.
Before you start
- Set up your services and prices and scenarios — the test uses whatever you've configured.
Steps

1. Choose text or voice
On Train Scarlett → Test agent, pick a mode:
- TEXT — type as if you were a customer ringing in.
- VOICE — hold the mic button to talk, release to send. This runs the real speech-to-text → reply → speech round-trip, so it's the closest thing to a live call.
2. Play the awkward calls
Ask the things real callers ask — "do you do X?", "how much for a…", an emergency, a complaint. Watch how she answers and which scenario she uses.
3. Fix and re-test
If something's off, adjust the service, price or scenario, then test again. Make a habit of testing after every change to Services or Scenarios.
Verify it worked
Scarlett answers using your real services and prices, and calls that match a scenario are handled the way you set it.
Troubleshooting
"ANTHROPIC_API_KEY isn't set." The test agent needs the AI key configured on the environment. On the live product it's set for you; if you see this in local testing, add the key.
"Mic access denied." Your browser blocked the microphone. Allow it for the site, then reload and try voice mode again.
What's next

- Point your calls at Scarlett — when you're happy, get real calls flowing.
