Who this is for
Your website has been built and is waiting for your sign-off. This is how you review it and either approve it or ask for changes. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Time: 10 minutes. You'll need: to be the account owner.
Before you start
- Understand the Premium Bundle website — what the Bundle is.
Steps
1. Look it over
On Website, when a version is ready you'll see Ready for your approval and a preview of the site at phone width — which is how most of your customers will see it. Read through it as a customer would.
2. Approve, or ask for changes
- Happy with it? Press Approve and publish. We get it live and email you when it's up.
- Something to change? Press Request changes and say what — for example, "the phone number is wrong, or we don't do commercial work." We send a new version.
Only the account owner can approve the website.
Verify it worked
After you approve, the page confirms "Approved — we will get it live and email you when it is." After a change request it confirms your notes are in and a new version is on the way.
Troubleshooting
I can't see the approve buttons. Only the account owner can approve. If you're a manager or engineer, ask the owner to sign it off.
I approved but it's not live yet. Going live can need your domain to point at the new site first. We email you the moment it's up.
