Who this is for

You want to change the basics Scarlett uses on every call — starting with the business name, which she answers with. Keep these right and she introduces you correctly to every caller.

Time: 3 minutes. You'll need: to be the owner.

Steps

1. Update your details

On Settings → Account, the Your details card holds your name and mobile (where Scarlett pings you about urgent calls and complaints). The Business card holds your business name, trade, VAT number, website and address.

2. Save

Press Save changes. The business name change takes effect on your next call — Scarlett introduces you with whatever's here.

Verify it worked

You see a green Saved. message, and the business name here matches how you want Scarlett to answer.

Troubleshooting

The email field won't let me edit it. Changing your sign-in email is a separate, secured flow — email isn't edited on this page.

"Business name can't be empty." Scarlett needs a business name to answer with — enter one before saving.
