Who this is for
You want Scarlett to answer detailed questions — "how much is a…", "what are your terms" — without you being on the phone. Upload the documents she should be able to reference, and she'll draw on them when the topic comes up.
Time: 5 minutes. You'll need: to be the owner, and your files to hand.
Before you start
- Train Scarlett on your business — documents sit alongside your services and scenarios.
Steps

1. Upload a file
On Train Scarlett → Documents, drop files onto the upload area or press Choose files. Accepted: PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG — up to 25 MB each.
2. Start with your price list
Your price list is the single most valuable upload — it's the biggest reducer of "I'll have to check and call you back". Terms, complaint policy and service-area maps are all worth adding too.
3. Check it parsed
Each document shows a Parsed badge once Scarlett has read it. View opens the file; Delete removes it from storage and stops her referencing it.
Verify it worked
The document appears in the list with a Parsed badge, and under Test agent Scarlett can answer a question the document covers.
Troubleshooting
"Unsupported file type." Use PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG or WEBP. Convert other formats first.
"File too large or empty (max 25 MB)." Split or compress the file, then upload again.
